Great Quality

I recently purchased the FAKARAVA Bikini Top and LAWAI Bikini Bottom, both in Sunset Pink. I was looking for a cheeky bottom and based on reviews found online and pictures, I thought Kaloea would be perfect. I was a little hesitant to purchase from Australia (due to longer shipping times to USA) and also due to Kaloea's no return policy. I took a chance on a suit that I knew I could be "stuck with". It turns out the quality of the material and the fit of the suit is honestly perfect! Additionally, Kaloea's excellent customer service (included a hand written note arriving inside my package and a 20% off coupon...which turned out to cover the cost of my shipping) persuaded me to purchase a second suit...same as the first but blue this time! With both purchases I was able to take advantage of their "bundle" deal and received a free zip pouch. On my second purchase, I forgot to mention what color I wanted and again, customer service hand wrote me a nice note and gave me both colors because, according to them, I was "awesome". Wow! What a way to make your customers feel special and appreciated. Thanks again for your quality swimwear and great customer service. I will plan to purchase my future swimwear from Kaloea and tell my friends too.
